Problem Note 62663: Report creation fails with "Work Group retrieval failed from the Risk Work Group application ...Unrecognized field \'solutionLocationDefinition\'"

Report creation fails when the work groups for the Regulatory Content packages are not compatible with the expected work group configuration for SAS® Risk and Finance Workbench 3.1 as delivered in Rev. 940_18w25 through Rev. 940_18w30. When this issue occurs, messages like the following appear in the logs and in pop-up dialog boxes:
